Where we choose to remove or not publish a comment for whatever reason, we may refer to our moderation policy. It is not about censoring users’ views, and the aim is to ensure that comments relate to the particular subject Tbeing discussed. We do not moderate comments to suppress legitimate and reasoned discussion.
CMB Clinical Trials reserves the right to not respond to comments at any time. The main reason we may not respond to comments is that we want to ensure discussions are relevant and topical and to ensure this, we generally do not respond to comments whenever the discussion strays too far off-topic. It also enables us to be more effectively involved in all current conversations.
If CMB Clinical Trials is concerned that a comment posted by a member of the public is inaccurate, unfair or even unlawful, then we may request that the owner of the relevant website, forum or group, removes the comment. Alternatively, we may comment publically to counteract the inappropriate comment or chose to contact the person who posted the comment and deal directly with their concerns.
